Fletcher McKenzie

Fletcher started training cadets in the Air Force’s Cadet Corps. Now he has twelve years of training business people, building content, and speaking globally—including EO forums, boards, Arbinger courses, and the prestigious Leadership Academy in Washington DC working with White House Scholar Warren Rustand. Fletcher connects with Forums by demonstrating reflection, helping people understand the importance of vulnerability, and creating a safe place where members can share deeply, learn, and grow through the simple process of discovery. He has worked on a virtual platform for many years with an Aviation Forum, connecting aviation companies globally via the internet. Through this Forum he has discovered that virtual meetings deliver exceptional value for personal and professional development without creating a burden on people's time. Fletcher recently won and placed in two National Aerobatic Flying competitions, and has competed at the World Masters in swimming placing 5th in the world. He built a marketing agency, receiving several Gold marketing awards; created a television production company producing “FlightPathTV” on Discovery and in over sixty countries; and developed a global aviation consulting business, an aviation supply business, and an aerial banner towing operation. Fletcher is a member of the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) since 2000 serving on the Chapter Board, the Regional Council, and the EO Global Board.
