Chuck Garcia is an author, coach, keynote speaker, founder of Climb Leadership Consulting. He coaches executives on public speaking, leadership development, and sales skills. A 25-year veteran of Wall Street, he spent several of those in leadership positions for prestigious firms such as Bloomberg, BlackRock Solutions, and Citadel.
He leverages his business leadership experience, as well as his hobby of mountain climbing to provide an effective teaching narrative for professionals applying his tools and techniques. Having scaled some of the greatest mountains worldwide including Kilimanjaro, Elbrus, and the Matterhorn, Garcia utilizes the lessons he has learned during these expeditions to provide engaging presentations and trainings about leadership, enduring hardships, and perseverance during the ups and downs of business cycles
In his recently published book, A Climb to the Top, Garcia draws on years of coaching and consulting experience to explain how you can become a persuasive communicator. His book provides a step-by-step guide for practicing the techniques needed to take an individual's communication skills and career to new heights.
Chuck received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Syracuse University Whitman School of Management. He then earned his Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Mercy College School of Business where is he is now a Professor of Organizational Leadership and Director of the Undergraduate Honors Program.
