Neill provides strategic, commercial, and engagement solutions to sports rights holders, sponsors, agencies, and athletes that have decided to embrace purpose as a key strategic business driver. Through his work, Neill helps his partners to tap into incremental revenue streams, enhanced brand equity, operational efficiencies, strengthened stakeholder relations, increased activation opportunities, and deeper and broader fan engagement all while delivering positive social and/or environmental impact. Neill has worked in the international sports and entertainment business at the highest level over the last 25 years. During this time, he has held a number of executive leadership positions including that of President Octagon Worldwide EMEA and Chair of the San Francisco Bay Area Super Bowl 50 Sustainability Committee. He has consulted to many major global brands in the financial services, automotive, retail, telecommunications and broadcast sectors and worked across many major international sports events including the Olympics, FIFA World Cup, Formula One, America's Cup and Super Bowl. He has also served on two Bid committee's including Cape Town 2004 Olympic Bid and San Francisco Super Bowl 50 Bid. Neill is a qualified Chartered Accountant having served articles with Deloitte in Cape Town, South Africa. Neill is currently Chief Executive at Purpose & Sport.
