Jody Dharmawan started his career in Indonesia after spending 20 years of his life in Hong Kong and the UK. He started his career after graduating from University College London in a garment manufacturing company. His entrepreneurial spirit led him to start a new business unit in the lower stream of the industry when he was 23. Within 4 years he merged all the business units and listed the company at the Jakarta Stock Exchange.
During the 1998 Asian Economic Crisis, Jody took the lead to restructure the company's USD 150 million debt.
He is the founder of Lee Cooper Indonesia with a retail and distributing network of over 250 doors selling jeanswear throughout Indonesia.
Being an active member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization (EO), a global organization with over 12,000 members worldwide, Jody has taken leadership roles from founding the Indonesia Chapter to being a Global Board of Director.
Certified as a Global Forum Trainer since 2001, he has trained entrepreneurs globally. As a Strategic Summit Facilitator, he facilitated Member Leaders from around the world to formulate their annual strategies and action plans.
He is very passionate in the Peer to Peer learning tool, Forum and has developed a skill set to cultivate collective wisdom through a small performing workgroup. He has also been engaged by Forum Groups of YPO and WPO as facilitator.
Today, Jody has answered his calling to utilize his talents to empower leaders and entrepreneurs. He is an executive coach, life coach and strength coach.
Jody is a proud father of 4 and loves running & cycling. He is also a certified Dive Master.
