Rania is foremost a global expert on the career advancement of women in emerging economies; the author of the first career advice book expressly written for women in Asia, Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, “UNDETERRED: The Six Success Habits of Women in Emerging Economies”; and the founder of the online platform The Way Women Work. Rania began her career at Bank of America where she worked her way into a senior role. She went on to start her own executive coaching business where she continues to guide executives and entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance. She is also the co-founder of a women's angel investor network, a group of 45 women who invest capital in women-led businesses.
