Toya Allen

Toya Allen is the Director of Client Success at Cornerstone where she leads human resource consultation, talent management strategy, technology focus, and executive human capital strategy for more than 500 clients in the public and private sectors. Prior to Cornerstone, Toya worked at US Airways for seven years as Director of Human Resources with oversight of more than 20,000 employees including the airline's expanding international business. Toya also led the integration of all human resource functions for the merger of US Airways and American Airlines.

Toya received a bachelor's degree in business management from the School of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri. She received her executive MBA from the Eller School of Management from the University of Arizona. She is SPHR certified from the Human Resource Institute and SHRM-SCP certified from the Society of Human Resource Management.

She serves as vice chairperson of the board of directors for Charlotte Works and vice president of the North Carolina Association of Workforce Development Boards. She has an enthusiastic passion for action centered on personal, economic, and workforce development. She is also vice chairperson of the Junior League of Charlotte's Advocacy and Public Awareness Committee.
