Tuning In – What Music Can Teach Us About Leadership (FOR UP TO 50 PARTICIPANTS)
Led by professional jazz guitarist, composer and professor Dan Rubright, explore the frequency spectrum, which is at the heart of sound, as you expand your awareness by thinking about “tuning in” to the different offerings, talents, and insights of team members. “Tuning in” before meetings also allows for an internal practice of self-monitoring (mood, energy, mindset) so that we can be as open as possible to learning and creating.
Participants will expand their thinking about teams by using the frequency spectrum as a metaphor for seeing more clearly how the contributions of team members contribute to the larger work and how their own internal “tuning in” can support their efforts. (Participation limited because of the interactive nature of our presentations)
