Team Productivity Assessment
When it comes to team productivity, learning where each team member is challenged is half the battle. First, team members take an online productivity assessment prior to class. The assessment covers 8 areas of productivity: Individual Accountability, Authentic Communication, Time and Task Management, Meeting and Project Execution, Cooperative Teamwork (Team Dynamics), Email Efficiency, Energy and Stamina, and Solving Problems. Team members receive their individual results and during the debrief session the aggregate team profile is reviewed. This is followed by a discussion of the most challenged topic area(s) and steps that can be taken to bolster the team’s productivity for improved outcomes and results.
This program includes 25 individual assessments along with a follow-up within 30 days of original cast.
