Sexual Harassment, Title VII and Anti-Bullying Training
These two, one-hour, interactive sessions meet California’s requirement to conduct two-hour, bi-annual sexual harassment prevention and anti-bullying training to supervisors in organizations of 50 or more.The novel approach focuses on engaging and energizing participants by: developing a group definition of what sexual harassment and bullying are; walking participants through timelines, given that most of the requirements are a result of court-made law; presenting case studies that invite participants to represent the so-called victim/s, the alleged perpetrator/s and then to serve as jurors and vote; and, last to conclude with best practice policies. Many employers educate all employees so they understand their duties. The training often reduces employer liability insurance.
