Neuroscience of Stress and Fatigue
Continued neurological stress and fatigue is our brain’s greatest enemy. It is the number one challenge that decreases learning, productivity and performance, because it negatively impacts bio-chemical functioning in certain brain regions. All people have different combinations of brain, eye, ear and hand dominance that will influence how uniquely we process information, learn, think and perform. Neurological stress will directly impact how we process information, our performance, our risk for human error and how we learn. During this session, the presenter will illustrate how continued stress and fatigue impacts different dominance profiles and its implications for learning, performance improvement and risk for human error.
