Mr. LauBach (Jim) has 30 years experience working in and with corporations, organizations, non-profits and municipalities. He is a management specialist and professional speaker. LauBach has developed and managed training programs his entire corporate career. His knowledge, research and development of people strategies, leads clients to the successful realization of an individual's competence in the work place.
