After completing the social leadership program, attendees will:
-Be able to transition from an Industrial Age leader to a Social Age leader – a “blue unicorn” – ready to thrive in the hyper-connected economy
-Understand the mindset, competencies and general strategies required to leverage social leadership and build a human-centered business model
-Learn the importance of building human-to-human relationships with employees, customers, candidates, vendors and stakeholders
-Possess the skills required to lead by example
-Share, listen and interact with employees and customers to drive business outcomes
-Inspire employees to become company champions, and develop customers into brand ambassadors
By the end of the program, participants will:
-Be able to articulate the value of “going social” to employees and customers
-Embrace the Social Age with a greater sense of confidence and competence
-Enthusiastically incorporate a social mindset in digital-based communications, and marketing and sales functions, while enabling their talent acquisition teams to build a socially-enabled team
