Brandon Smith is a leading expert in leadership communication, culture, and curing workplace dysfunction. Known as “The Workplace Therapist,” Brandon is a sought after speaker and executive educator. A TEDx speaker, Brandon has delivered keynotes for organizations ranging from for-profit corporations to non-profit institutions and associations. In addition to his speaking, Brandon is the founder of The Worksmiths LLC, a boutique executive coaching and consulting firm that helps clients craft top-performing, dysfunction-free workplaces. Many of Brandon's clients include numerous Fortune 100 “Best Companies To Work For.” He is also the creator of the The Workplace Therapist on the web, a resource dedicated to helping each of us eliminate dysfunction at work, improve workplace fulfillment, and restore positivity in the workplace. Brandon combats workplace dysfunction regularly on biztalk 1190 and on NPR affiliates where Brandon assists listeners with navigating their career and workplace challenges.  When he is not out fighting workplace dysfunction, Brandon teaches at Emory University's Goizueta Business School on topics related to leadership, communication and healthy workplace dynamics. He has won a dozen teaching awards for his work in the classroom.
