If I Only Had a Manager

Josh Harris

We’ve all heard it and many of us have said it, “if I only had a manager…”

Josh has worked extensively in the industry with and without management; it is a career-altering decision for both parties that too many enter into without a critical understanding. This program will take an in depth look to answer what’s involved in this often complex and layered relationship.

From an artist’s view, Josh Harris will cover such things as: what makes a good manager? When should I take on a manager? What criteria should I use to determine if I need a manager? How and to what do I hold my manager accountable? From a manager’s view, Josh will cover such things as:

– When is it a good time to sign an artist?

– What do I need to look for in an artist?

– How and to what do I hold my artists accountable?
