Get Your Team Ready For the Conference

Thom Singer

Attending a conference or trade show is a big investment of time and money. If you are a sponsor the commitment is even larger.

Often companies send their staff to attend conventions without having put any attention on maximizing their engagement levels. Most executives say their company’s team is “great” at trade shows participation, and they praise how their people engage clients, prospects, and others. But ask those same people about other companies and they laugh at how poorly “others” are at being effective at conventions.

How can the disconnect of how we see our own teams be so huge? The reality is that few organizations have a team of people who expertly navigate a conference and thus are leaving opportunities behind. This session will make your people more effective at events
