Nicole Carlson's start in communications can be traced back to elementary school, during which time she was an avid poet who founded "The Petite Poets" club at the ripe old age of nine. While the poetry club's success was fleeting, Nicole's career in the field has endured and includes prosperous stints as a journalist, project manager, head of internal communications and, currently, senior team leader of employee and intranet experience.

A recognized leader in her field, Nicole has an extensive portfolio of achievements and possesses a unique blend of creative, technical and business savvy. With a passion for connecting people, process and technology, Nicole continuously raises the bar for project management and employee engagement through the building and management of the communication channels that foster relationship and keep employees informed.

An interrupter of patterns – truly an agent of change – Nicole areas of focus and specialization include: change management, corporate communications, internal communications, employee experience, project management and intranets and the digital workplace.

In her free time, Nicole roots for the Broncos, Rockies and the Wyoming Cowboys. She also enjoys traveling, sipping a good IPA and spending time outdoors enjoying the beautiful Colorado landscape from her home in Denver.
