From Hiring To Corporate Aftercare: Creating A New Paradigm For Transitioning Veterans & Igniting Value For The Organizations They Work For (Enhanced Edition)

Jonathan Kaufman

Over the past few years government agencies, non for profits and corporations have
spent time and resources developing initiatives to hire veterans as they return from
the theatre of war to civilian life. However, what often seems to be missing in this
strategy is a holistic approach that focuses not only the lifecycle of the veteran, but
also the lifecycle of business and how to best integrate veterans into the culture of
an organization creating a long term ROI for both the individual veteran and the
larger organization.

J Kaufman Consulting will provide participants some key strategies for
both government agencies, non for profits and corporations that enhance the value
of transitioning veterans and create an aftercare model for businesses designed to
tackle a host of hot button topics through tactics such as:
— Communication
— Change management/Culture Change
— Trend Analysis
— Transitioning from Military to Civilian Life (Focusing on Ongoing Needs)

This Enhanced Edition of the program includes:
-15 minute conversation with Jonathan Kaufman pre-workshop to focus on needs/customization for event
-15 minute wrap up conversation post workshop
