Free Your Rebel Spirit, Find the Soul of Work

Lois Kelly

What might happen if you were able to bring your whole, authentic self to work? You’d have more energy, view work more positively, and have better relationships with your team members.

Most of us blame our frustrations and unhappiness about work on external factors, e.g., the economy stinks, my boss isn’t a risk-taker, we don’t have budget we need, etc.

The big “aha,” which Lois shares in this interactive talk, is how to find meaning and happiness at work by changing our own mindsets and behavior and flipping our focus from “what do I want to do” to “who do I want to become.”

Based on research-backed Positive Psychology approaches you’ll learn how to uncover your authentic “best” self, reframe goals, lean on your character strengths, and build better relationships with co-workers.
