Mr. LauBach (Jim) has 30 years experience working in and with corporations, organizations, non-profits and municipalities. He is a management specialist and professional speaker. LauBach has developed and managed training programs his entire corporate career. His knowledge, research and development of people strategies, leads clients to the successful realization of an individual's competence in the work place. His unique and successful approach is to focus on the leadership of the organization. “It is easy,” he says, “to hypothecate about the values of an organization but there must be buy-in by the employees of the organization.” The development of a dynamic corporate training program requires great leadership and knowledge of all issues. That is the focus of his attention and training. Training programs are a must in today's environment.After serving 4 years in the US Navy and earning a Juris doctorate, Mr. LauBach joined a fortune 100 company. He defended labor relations (NLRB) charges and handled employment relation issues.

Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)

This program will be a 1 hour Castwith 45 minutes devoted to content and 15 minutes on questions and answers. The FMLA has been adopted in all 50 States and can be and is modified by the individual states. All Employers are required to meet the minimum standard but may add provisions that are greater than the minimum. FMLA applies to companies and organizations that have 50 or more employees within a 75 mile radius. However sometimes this is not clear. The leader will discuss the ins and outs of the FMLA as adopted in the State that the employer is a resident of. if the organization is in multiple states then a pre conference will clear up issues to be discussed. The latest case law will be presented and how it affects the past and future interpretations. A workbook will be provided.
