Since 1989 Galen has grown sales & marketing functions for leading consumer goods corporations. Educated with a B.S. B.A. degree from Southern Nazarene University and a M.B.A. degree from Rice University, Galen appreciates and leverages intellectual curiosity. Classically trained in sales and sales leadership at Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola, he brings 20+ years of practical time-tested experience. As head of the $100MM foodservice division at Imperial Sugar Company, Galen infused forward-looking strategy resulting in a 2-year turnaround; growing Net Revenues by 60%. Returning to Coca-Cola, he earned President's Club honors for business development and collaborated on developing sales incentive programs, leadership training and employee engagement efforts to enhance national division results. Ultimately, Galen would lead sales capability and leadership development for the national sales business across 17 states at Coca-Cola Refreshments. Galen has been an active leader and board member for some of Missouri's most productive non-profit organizations; such as the St. Patrick Center, St. Louis Zoo, International Institute of St. Louis, SSM Cardinal Glennon Healthcare Foundation and West Hills Church.
