Design Thinking 2.0 – How Psychology Can Create Innovation & Eureka Moments.

Peter Foley

How does the Eureka moment happen, and how can we help people to come up with their own “Ah Ha!’ moments more often and more easily?

Innovation is probably never going to be routine, but understanding how the mind makes innovative connections can enable us to both innovate more easily, and make innovation part of our everyday culture.

An upbeat hour long long presentations explains some of the basic psychology of innovation, how we can create problem definitions and processes that help people to make surprisingly useful connections, and how we can build insights from psychology into custom innovation processes that allow us to repose existing innovation rich in innovation investment (pharma, military, nature).

Includes templates for problem definition and innovation via analogy.
