Complicated or Complex? (FOR UP TO 50 PARTICIPANTS)
Building a bridge is a complicated problem. Responding to global changes in the market is a complex problem. Distinguishing the kind of problem we’re trying to solve – simple, complicated, complex or chaotic – will inform the kind of solution we’re seeking. That, in turn, can determine the process we use to develop that solution.
Participants will learn to distinguish different kinds of problems and the different solutions and processes that each might require. (Participation limited because of the interactive nature of our presentations)
