Author and speaker Lois Kelly has been a creative maverick throughout her career helping some of the most respected companies in the world create new ways to launch products, communicate complicated issues, influence public opinion, deal with crises, go public, and occasionally try to move mountains. She co-founded one of the first digital marketing agencies, has positioned high-tech companies for IPOs, and led Fortune 500 companies into the strategic potential of digital, social and word of mouth marketing. From what seems like always being on the forefront of introducing new concepts and ways of doing business, Lois has become a student of change, learning the what it takes to get people to embrace new ideas, adapt to change, and shift perceptions. She is the co-author of the best-selling "Rebels at Work: A Handbook for Leading Change from Within," and author of "Beyond Buzz: The Next Generation of Word of Mouth Marketing," and "Naked Hearted." Her obsession is creating clarity from complexity. She is known for her joyful approach to bringing people together in workshops to ignite new thinking and find ways to achieve aspirations. She is currently earning a certificate in Positive Psychology, applying this behavioral science to new ways to work, lead and communicate.
