The Brain Boogie is a sequence of brain fitness exercises that will re-energize you to feel revitalized and refreshed, having learned the science of brain fitness in the most enjoyable and relaxed way you have ever experienced.
During this session you will learn:

* a sequence of 15 brain fitness exercises that you can apply in the workplace to combat fatigue and integrate your brain for optimum brain performance.
