A Creative Solution to the Global Innovation Paradox

Bryan Mattimore

Increasing, global companies want to enjoy the marketing and operational efficiencies that a focus on fewer, global master brands can bring. And yet, to be successful, innovations under the master brand platform still need to be customized to local market needs, and cultures… which can be both expensive and time consuming. Thus, the paradox.

In this presentation, you’ll learn:

– How to cost-effectively customize master-brand line extensions to local countries or regions

– Which individual and group idea-generation methodologies best lend themselves to virtual ideation

– How to use domestic and global teams to virtually evolve preliminary new product and service concepts into winning propositions
